FAQs

Shipping

How soon can I expect my order

Orders are dispatched from London every weekday. We aim to dispatch on the same day for all orders placed before 2pm GMT Monday to Friday. Weekend orders will be dispatched on the following Monday. Once a print is shipped we will send out shipping information to you including tracking codes, if available. If you require a print by a particular date we recommend you contact us to see whether this is possible.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes. We ship worldwide. Please note that international shipments may take a little bit longer to arrive. Import duty and tax charges are not included in the shipping price.

Shipping cost guidelines:

United Kingdom – £5
Rest of the world – £10

How do you package your prints?

All prints are individually wrapped in acid free tissue paper and sent in a sturdy black tube.

I received my print and it was damaged. Is it possible to get a replacement?

Yes, if your item was damaged in transit, please contact us immediately.

Is there a purchase limit?

To prevent speculative purchases there is a site-wide limit of two editions per order unless otherwise noted in the product copy. If you wish to purchase more than two copies of a particular Edition please contact us to see whether this is possible.

Do the print prices change?

From time to time we may offer discounts on certain products for a specified period. To be aware of these offers it is recommended that you join the Illustrator's Lounge Editions mailing list.

Can I get a refund or exchange?

No, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

General

Are the prints signed by the artist?

As we work with illustrators who live worldwide it is not always possible for them to sign their prints. We will always include in the description if the print has been signed. All our prints are embossed and hand numbered for authentication.

Will you be re-releasing any of your prints?

All prints have a limited edition release and won’t be printed again.

I am an illustrator and would like to be part of Illustrator's Lounge Editions, what is the best way to introduce myself?

We encourage all illustrators to make contact by emailing us a link to their portfolio.
